Wendii grew up in London and earned her bachelor's degrees (in Business and German) and master's degree in international business, from the University of Central Lancashire. Wendii has been with Manager Tools since April 2008. She writes and records the weekly podcast and is responsible for product and content development for careers and professional development. Her guidance has won Best Business Podcast and has been downloaded over 100 million times. She is also the director over District V of Toastmasters (over all of south texas) and has coached several World Champs.
